Use this list as a planning guide. Some selections must be made early to protect construction timing and product availability. Selections are subject to availability and floor plan compatibility.

Upgrade Request Disclaimer
Submitting this form initiates a request for the selected upgrade(s). It is not an order, a reservation, or a modification to your purchase agreement, and it does not lock pricing or availability.
A requested upgrade is not finalized until all of the following occur:
- The builder confirms in writing that the request is appropriate for your home’s current construction phase
- An amended contract reflecting the upgrade and final pricing is ratified by both parties
- Any non-refundable upgrade costs are paid in full
Any wood upgrade will be stained to match the exterior stain color. If there are no exterior wood accents, the interior stain should be our standard stain color.
All prices are subject to change and final confirmation by Harvest Homes. Selections are subject to availability, floor plan compatibility, and construction schedule. TBD-priced items will be quoted separately. Base price and upgrade pricing reflect standard conditions; final selections and specifications will be confirmed during the design and contracting process.

This is a request, not a finalized order. Your upgrade is not confirmed until the builder verifies it fits your home’s construction phase, an amended contract is ratified, and any non-refundable costs are paid. Prices and availability may change until your contract is amended.
